Order Acceptance:

By placing an order on www.auraachic.in, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and other associated policies.

Shipping:

• A short video recording is required while opening your package for claims of incorrect or missing items immediately or within 24 hours after delivery.
• Ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address with a working phone number to avoid delays or return fees due to incorrect information.
• We cannot split orders and ship to multiple locations. Separate orders must be placed for deliveries to different addresses.
• Domestic ready-to-ship orders take 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) to process after payment is credited. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email for your reference.
• We will notify you of any unforeseen delays or discrepancies with your order via email.
• We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. Orders placed after 4 pm on Saturdays may not be processed until Monday.

• Our team is available during 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
